Hello! I am excited to work with you and tap into the amazing potential of your company and employees! I have served in various leadership roles in education, counseling psychology, consultation, public policy, business, grant funding, and evaluation. Throughout my leadership journey, the constant that remains is my focus on understanding what factors promote happy, healthy, and engaged individuals! 

My Background

I received my BA in Psychology and Family Issues from James Madison University, then went on to earn my Masters from University of Georgia in Child and Family Development, a second Masters in Education from Old Dominion University in Clinical Counseling and my PhD from Old Dominion University in Counselor Education and Consultation and Supervision (can you tell I love to learn?!). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a recent panel member for the Women’s Leadership Conference at Harvard University. I have vast experiences with accreditation, assessment, survey design, evaluation, strategic planning, and transformational leadership. I am also passionate about supporting my community, where I actively serve on the Chester County Women’s Commission, the 100 Women of Downingtown, and as a mentor for Alice’s Circle. 

As a published author of two books, over 25 articles, and 50+ presentations, I understand the value and importance of how data impacts outcomes. I believe we are all experts in our own lives and sometimes we need assistance to elevate our existing potential. My passion for connecting with others, coupled with my background in counseling psychology and research and consultation, places me in a unique position to help elevate your company to excellence!

At home, I am a busy mom of two elementary school kids, both of whom play competitive sports, and two pups who love chewing up the sports gear. I live in Chester County with my husband of 14 years.
