Our Approach

CNM Consulting specializes in supporting and preparing women in various leadership stages to elevate their outcomes and execute excellence - at work and in life!  Part of that equation focuses on building connections and understanding how to create a system where individual strengths are identified and valued.

Accelerating Your Team

    This leadership development program for newly hired employees targets onboarding and goal-setting to increase employee retention and productivity. Data will be collected and shared to show the immediate impact of this program.

    This leadership development program for current supervisors selected as top future leaders (TFLs) targets advanced leadership skills linked to people management and employee motivation and retention. Data will be collected and shared to show the immediate impact of this program.

    This option involves team building at its best! LEVEL UP + engages 6-10 women with an opportunity to connect with others, build valuable leadership skills, understand the power of peer mentorship, and empower each group member to be apart of something bigger than themselves.

    Custom Organizational Assessment and Evaluation

    Through this collaborative assessment, we will determine what is working well, what can be improved, and how to implement change to remove barriers and thrive. This is a 6-month minimum process.

We’re Dr. Cheryl Neale-McFall and Jennifer Toby, your CNM Consulting Leadership Team. Our educational backgrounds, career journeys, and emphasis on relationships and immediate input using data driven strategies allows us to uniquely collaborate with organizations on both focused and broad scopes.
